Randy Griffin started Crown Exteriors in 2001. 25 years later, he still meets every customer himself. He looks at your home, talks through what it needs, and gives you the price himself. No commissioned salesman, no handoff to someone you never met.
Once the work starts, Randy makes sure his crews have everything they need to do the job right. Same owner, same name, same phone number for 25 years.

Randy and Debora Griffin have owned Crown Exteriors since 2001.
Debora runs the office.
Randy runs the field.
Crown serves homeowners in Plano, Allen, Frisco and North Dallas, along with Richardson, Carrollton, McKinney, Sachse and Wylie with siding, exterior wood repair, painting, windows, gutters and related exterior repairs. Over 25 years, the company has built its reputation one exterior at a time, on work that has to hold up to Texas heat, hail and heavy rain.
Crown stays small on purpose. There are no layers of salespeople or production managers between you and the people doing the work, so questions get answered and decisions get made quickly.

Randy personally evaluates the work and sets the scope. Experienced field crews do the work to Crown's standards, and Randy stays involved through completion.
