What most homeowners ask us before the first visit.
01 Who will I be dealing with?
Randy Griffin, the owner. He meets every customer personally, looks at your home, and gives you the price himself. You are not handed off to a commissioned salesman.
02 Do you require money up front?
No. You pay nothing to start. Fifty percent is due once the necessary carpentry is complete, and the remaining balance is due after the work is finished and any final inspection passes.
03 Are you insured?
Yes. Crown carries $1 million in general liability insurance to protect your home and property while we work.
04 What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every project is backed by our written workmanship warranty. If something isn't right, we come back and make it right.
05 How long have you been in business?
Randy founded Crown Exteriors in 2001. We have been serving DFW homeowners for 25 years and are BBB accredited with an A+ rating.
06 What services do you offer?
Fiber cement siding, exterior painting, seamless gutters, wood repair, and replacement windows and doors.
07 Do you handle permits and inspections?
When a project requires a city permit, we take care of it, including scheduling the inspection.
08 What if you find rotted or damaged wood?
We repair it as part of the project. Covering up bad wood means the problem comes back, so we fix it first.
09 What areas do you serve?
Plano, Allen, Frisco and North Dallas, along with Richardson, Carrollton, McKinney, Sachse and Wylie. Our office is in Garland.
